Great studio apartment with an awesome balcony and incredible views! The terrace faces south-east and is a fantastic place to have a few beers or a wholesome dinner. The front of the building is getting renovated right now, hence the scaffolding/limited access to the balcony. This will be resolved by the end of the summer.

Notable amenities include: sofabed, shower with tub, washing machine, fridge + freezer, induction hobs, small oven.

There is also a pretty large storage space on the groundfloor, useful for keeping skis, snowboards, bikes etc.

There are free parking spaces in front of the building, as well as a garage where spots are available to rent.

Upon request, all furniture can stay with the flat at no additional cost (with a couple small exceptions like the lamps).

My lease goes until 31st of August but I can move out as early as end of June, so I'm happy for someone to move in start of July. I am also open to subletting the place in July and August. In that case the rent would be significantly lower and we can negotiate a price that works for both parties.
