Etagenwohnung in Brandis

Hej there,

me and my partner moved to our new flat few weeks ago and now we learned that the flat next to us is gonna be rented out. There is no official posting from the company yet, but today they came for the flat übergabe from owner and I took their contact. They said we can propose people to them.

Me and my husband and our cat are looking for a nice neighbour, with whom we can have little community relationships. Sort of like a WG but in our individual flats, you know? :)

We lived before in Berlin and Hamburg, now we bought this apartment and will settle down here. We are expats, though I speak german, my husband is still on the learning curve, therefore I make this text in English.

We are looking for someone who speaks English, does not smoke, and loves animals. If you are into board games - that would be a beautiful plus. We love board games and working on creating a space for regular meetups in community center nearby in Brandis. If you like time to time have a walk or bike ride together, maybe cook, and just support each other on any daily life topics - that would be a perfect match!

I gathered info and photos from another listing of Lindering 1 (there are 3 buildings that are pretty much the same). And I added few photos from our house, Lindenring 3. I do not know yet precise price and conditions but would expect it would be similar to that listing for Lindenring 1.

We will not maintain any legal steps or paperwork - the verwaltungsfirma will do it. we are just looking for a nice neighbour and will forward your contact to that Firma :)
