Wohnung in München-Milbertshofen

Hello !

I'm a current tenant who is going to move out and thus looking for a new tenant or to exchange this apartment to bigger

-floor 5 out of 18
-built 1972
-floor heating
-max 2 persons

Fully furnished apartment, which includes:
-fitted kitchen (incl fridge, stove, oven, microwave and some more appliances)
-bed 180x200
-dining table with bench and 2 chairs
-wardrobe in the bathroom
-wardrobe in the bedroom
-commode for TV
-TV from the apartment (currently stored, as we use our)
-sofa on a balcony
-furniture on a balcony
-shelf with a mirror in the bathroom
and a lot more (some which we don't use is currently in a celler)

-Keller + extra storage room on other floor belongs to the apartment
-parking space (not a duplex!) for extra cost

Landlord wants a tenant for a long stay .
Deposit - 3 month rents (3500eur)

Some of the furniture belongs to me and could be taken over by agreement:
-washing machine
-sofa
-big fridge
-some other small furnishings and shelves
