i'm renting out my current apartment near Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Hbf).
The apartment is 20 m2 and located in a modern 12-floor building with elevators, heated floors, and a large shared balcony on the top floor offering beautiful evening views of Hamburg.

The apartment itself has a well-sized bathroom, a small kitchenette and a private balcony for fresh air. It is fully furnished and includes everything you need to start (or continue) your life in Hamburg: a single bed, a desk and plenty of closet space for clothes and other belongings.

There is a laundry room on the ground floor with washing and drying machines available 24/7 for a small fee. Internet connection is also included in the rent. If you have a car, underground parking spaces are available for rent at an additional cost.

The apartment will be available from 01.09.2025.
