The apartment in a new modern building (2016) is located on the ground floor with a floor to ceiling windows and a big terrace. Park view, there are no houses across the windows, only trees, really calm and nice. Not hot in Summer. The size of the apartment is 45 square meters and consists of 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room with open kitchen), and a bathroom with a shower + terrace.
