3er WG in Köln-Nippes

I am looking for a roommate in my newly bought apartment. Apartment is very-well maintained and the room is fully furnished. I am flexible to rearrange the furniture as well. Apartment has 2 bathrooms, a new kitchen, and an elevator. There is also a parking place for bikes downstairs.

Location is very convenient and you can reach to bus or S-bahn by 3-5 minutes walking. Area is surrounded by parks and Nippes center can be reached by 5 minutes walking. Nippes is known for its organic and hip vibe and it is popular among the young people of Köln. Everything you need is available by a maximum of 10 minutes walking.

I am a friendly and open-minded person, so I am looking for similar people. I like to have parties, but i prefer to go out for that. I am always excited to meet with the people who lead a purposeful life and looking for ways to improve themselves. Last but not least, cleanliness and respect for each other have utmost importance for a harmonious WG life.
