Beautiful 80m2 apartment with fitted kitchen and balcony only 2 mins away from bus stop. Located in Sossenheim, Frankfurt.
I am living in the apartment currently. And need to move out due to personal reasons. So would prefer someone who can take over the furnitures and other items. Everything is very new. The total cost of takeover will be 4800 euros that include Large sofa, Wardrobe, Bed, Mattress, Mirrors, washing machine, computer table, Chair, all other furnitures, decorations etc.
People willing to takeover everything will be prioritized. Thank you.
Note: Maximum 2 people, no kids, no pets!!
Warm rent: 1200 euros
Caution: 1050 euros (3 months cold rent)
There is an additional kitchen caution of 4000 euros.
Parking available with additional 80 euros.
