Hey! I’m moving out of my current flat and I’m helping my landlord find the next tenant.

Size: 1.5 rooms — there is one large main room that’s separated into a living and sleeping area + an additional smaller room that can be used as a wardrobe / storage / small office.

The apartment is in a nice area, very well connected: U2, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram, plus pharmacies and supermarkets right nearby.

It has a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, and is already fully furnished, so you can just move in. There will be some furniture to take over from the current tenant, max 350€ total.

I’ll be arranging viewings starting tomorrow and throughout next week. After the viewing, if you’re interested, I will share your info with my landlord and connect you directly for the contract process.
