The apartment is situated in a prime location with convenient access to transportation. The tram and bus station are just a
1-minute walk away, and Mainz Hauptbahnhof is within close proximity (2 tram stations or a 7-minute walk). Due to its central location, all necessary shops are nearby, including several Turkish shops right beside the house. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi, Penny, and Woolworth can be reached within a 4-minute tram or bus ride.
The apartment comes furnished, featuring a modern kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and electric baking machine. The bedroom includes a new bed recently purchased from Ikea. It also has a cabinet. Additionally, high-speed internet with a speed of
100 Mbps is available.
As I will be on vacation for one months, I am seeking a single person or a couple in need of accommodation during this period (1st December to 31st December 2025).
