Lage
The apartment is located between Neuehrenfeld and Ossendorf, a five-minute walk from the beautiful Blücherpark (& more) and approximately five minutes from the Iltisstraße tram stop (Line 5). There is a bus stop directly in front of the building (Line 140), and Line 127 is also just around the corner. The area is close to many grocery stores such as EDEKA, DM, and Lidl. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a kiosk about 200 meters away.

Parking is free, and there are usually plenty of spaces, except at night when you may have to look a bit longer.

WG life
I am currently living in the flat with another woman, but she will be moving out soon, so a new living arrangement will be formed. I am mainly looking for someone to stay long-term, but if we are a good fit, I am also open to other types of living constellations. For me, the personal connection and shared spirit are more important than rigid arrangements. I also value a solid and shared understanding of cleanliness.
The flat is a creative space, and especially the living room is an ongoing living art project. I am open to sharing it as a place for creative work and expression.
