We are renting out our beloved high ceiling 3-room home in Pankow for a year with a good chance of extension. This isn't a typical "investment" rental—it’s our private space that we’ve filled with a lot of heart, real wood floors, and our favorite furniture. The rent is for 1 year but extention could be possible.

The Space
The flat is on the 5th floor (Dachgeschoss), so gets amazing light all day long and serine backyard where you can sip your morning coffee in peace and hear the birds.
• The Living Room: spacious open-plan with a custom wooden kitchen island that’s the heart of the flat.
• The View: We have a balcony overlooking the backyard and rooftops. It’s our favorite spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
• The Rooms: One main bedroom and a second bright room that works perfectly as a home office (it has great skylights) or a guest room.
• The Perks: There’s an elevator (a lifesaver!), and even though the flat is 70 sqm, we have about 10 sqm of extra storage tucked away under the roof for suitcases and boxes.

The Neighborhood
If you don’t know Florakiez, you’ll love it. It feels like a little village inside the city. You’ve got local bakeries, organic shops, and nice cafes right downstairs. It’s a 10-minute walk to S+U Pankow, so you’re at Friedrichstraße or Alexanderplatz in no time.

Details and cost
We are looking for someone responsible who will treat our things with care.
• Start: 01.06.2026 earlier possible
• Term: 1 year (with a good chance we can extend it further).
• Total Monthly Rent: €1,980

Who we’re looking for
Ideally a professional couple or individual who is non-smoking and doesn't have pets. We really want to find someone reliable who can take care of the space while enjoying the space as much as we do.
