Loft in Heidelberg-Altstadt

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my beautiful, light-filled attic apartment in one of the best locations in Heidelberg Altstadt.
The apartment offers everything you could want in a home: lots of natural light, great views, a private terrace, and a fully equipped setup that makes moving in easy.
It is ideal for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable, ready-to-live-in space in the heart of the city.

There is a required takeover payment of €2,500 for the following items, which will remain in the apartment:
- Fitted kitchen
- Washing machine
- Installed wardrobes
- Some Non-Removable Lights

These items must be taken over by the next tenant. In addition, I would strongly prefer that the next tenant takes over most of the remaining furniture and household items. The approximate value of the additional furniture/items is around €3,000 total, but this can be discussed depending on what is taken.

I will consider all applications, but applicants willing to purchase the majority of the furniture will be prioritized.

The ideal tenant wants to swap a smaller flat with me in or around Heidelberg :)
